What makes this course different?

The course started in 2004 with a commitment for participants to leave the course actually being leaders.

To do that the authors had to put aside all their current knowledge of leadership and leading and start with empty minds.

This course employs a new science of leadership that focuses on who you are being as a leader.

It differs from conventional leadership courses that define leadership styles, behaviours and situations in which to use those style and behaviours.

Through the use of Ontology and Phenomenology you gain access to what is is to be a leader and what it is to exercise leadership effectively.

This ensures that you will naturally act as a leader in any situation WITHOUT having to remember what strategies or techniques to apply.

  • I have read and understand the refund and transfer policy as stated.
  • The tuition is non-refundable and fully transferrable.
  • You may transfer of your registration to a new course within a year of the original purchase only once.
  • I agree to thoroughly read all email communications from Unstoppable Conversations (UC) and will respond to requests regarding my participation in the course and my travel plans.
  • I agree to read and complete the assigned Pre-Course Reading & Assignments before the course begins, Sept 19, 2017. This reading will be approximately 150 pages and will be provided a minimum of 3 months prior to the start of the course.
  • I agree to complete the Post Course Evaluation within 15 days after the completion of the course, February 28, 2018
  • Participants must attend all sessions of the course.
