Learn what it takes to make a difference in the world
Are you frustrated with old systems holding back change?
Do you struggle with the size of the problem you’re tying to solve?
All leaders are struggling with that, not just you.
In our current environment, leaders are stressed, overwhelmed, and resigned about the obstacles that stand between them and making a real difference.
Today's challenges have eclipsed the systems we built to deal with them.
We need to change…
…and traditional approaches to change are too slow and rarely work because they are missing the real issue, which is most people are just trying to survive.
We need something that deals with the REAL issue…how do we deal with ourselves and our survival.
Being a Leader deals with what it is to be human; lifting us out of survival and allowing us to see new solutions for unsolvable issues.
Here’s the promise of the course:
You will leave the course being a leader and exercising leadership effectively as your natural self-expression. Take a moment to think about what that actually means...
What’s different about this program?
Nothing new to learn—powerful epiphanies leave you naturally in action without having to apply or remember anything.
No formulas—see and dismantle the hidden weaknesses limiting your potential.
Nowhere to get to—discover how the key to disrupting the status quo is to first disrupt yourself.
People’s Results
Business Transformation—Glenise Harvey, CEO and Owner of a multi-generational family steel business added millions to the bottom line of her company with just two conversations. Turning a 7-figure loss into a 7-figure profit. Her conversation, counter-intuitively, began with “I need to apologize…”
Equality and Inclusion—Dr. Wanda Costen discovered the blindspots holding her back as a champion of racial and gender inclusion and equality. She applied for a job she thought she could never get and is now the Dean of the Smith School of Business at Queens University.
Racial Justice—Norman Yak’e?ula declared at the end of the program that “all Indigenous youth are free from the trauma of the past.” He then ran for and was elected National Chief of the Dene Nation, Chaired the Assembly of First Nations residential school portfolio, and in April of 2022 led a delegation to visit the Vatican where Pope Francis historically apologized for the Catholic Church’s role in residential schools.

"Being a Leader is an experience that forces you to discover the restraints you have created upon yourself, unshackling your potential. In traditional education you hope to apply what was taught and sharpen the saw. Being a Leader challenges you to take your new potential and apply it to a project to gain immediate results, results which were not even in your world of possibility prior. That is the gift of Being a Leader, the opportunity to rise to a new level of possibility and create a real world impact during and ongoing after the course."
