Challenge

To catalyze a wholesale culture shift within a 7600 person “super-ministry”; an aggregate of dozens of previously different entities and cultures that are now married to each other

Solution

A 16-week  cultural transformation program, aimed at an initial 1800 person department, to empower their ability to “tell the truth” to each other and master the “must-have” conversation that will ultimately unite them

Results

Dozens of leaders at all levels are catalyzed and begin to move their culture from “keep your head down” to “risk telling the truth”. A critical and difficult budget conversation, (that will cripple relationships in other departments, is resolved in 4 hours within a spirit of TEAM.
