Through a method of inquiry and discovery, our sessions are designed to uncover a person or a group’s thinking, being and acting (that is, their ontology) which is usually unseen and invisible. In other words, we deal with the question: why do people do certain things, and act in certain ways, even when they “know better”?  Why do people allow problems to persist when the solutions to those problems are known?  

This approach reveals what is behind the ineffective actions that keep people stuck in any unwanted circumstance, and provides access to thinking and being that is often contrary to what we know or believe.

Thus, rather than trying to understand a situation from a psychological, sociological, anthropological, or even biological perspective (all valid empirical approaches), our method alters the way a situation occurs for the people involved. And, altering this "occurring" is key to changing behaviour.
